Richard Blacklund of his true name Herve RICHARD. Born in France in 1962, he fell into the music very young. He made his profession at the age of 17.
From nightclubs to mobile disco, he always is adapted to all styles, all ages. He experienced the 80s with vinyls unearthed in small shops in Paris. He was able to listen the other DJ, promote new songs, and play until dawn, without being aware what time it was.
He puts himself at computers, and discovers with pleasure that it is possible for him to compose through MAO music software.
In 2005 he created his first single with a friend for fun. Since then, he is constantly in search of a catchy melody.
Now, he understood that it was necessary for him to be surrounded by professionals for his compositions profit from ideas and constructive advice.
« Year » his first single was signed in January 2015 with LAD Records, a Portuguese publishing company and distributed on digital platforms (http://www.ladmusic.com/index.php/latest-releases#LADAL15011).
In March 2015 he signed the track « Here with me » with K-TEL, a Swiss publishing company for international(http://www.k-tel.ch/de/artists/dance-house-electro-progressive-/info-i302.html).
This track is on several compilations and also distributed on digital platforms.
In August 2015, he released « Nine Clouds » which is classified 79th on the French musibox live at the 11/4/2015 (http://www.musiboxlive.com/musiboxplay/20151103/).
In October 2015 he took over a flagship track of the 2000s: « Easy Love – Lady », he entered as being 69th on musibox live (http://www.musiboxlive.com/musiboxplay/20151103/).
In 11.04.2015 he finishes his latest project: « Take Me » which he composed the music.
In 2016 he composed the music « The world need love. »
On the remix tracks on which he works recently, he composed the notes and takes over the only the vocals :
- Remix of : Archie Bell & The Drells – Tighten up (1968)
- Remix of : Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes – The love I lost (1973)
In August 2016: he composes a melody for the vocal mix of « Proud Mary » by Creedence Clearwater Revival, this group of the Seventies is responsible of great legendary success such as « Proud Mary » remixed by Tina Turner, and some appear in the soundtrack of known American films.
By taking the vocals of various artists, Richard blacklund has fun to make an album in which he wants to gather his compositions and his remixes while mixing various musical styles.
